Kelly is a magician. we first used Kelly back in 2018. My wife and I had perfect credit and had access to multiple credit unions in addition to the bank my wife worked at. We could not get financing to work for amounts we needed. My wife stumbled across Kelly‘s information on one of the realty sites (zillow, trulia, etc) at which time I freaked out because I thought she had given our information to some random Internet scammer and thought we were done for.
Not only was he not a scammer (thank God),
he somehow was able to get us financing for way more than the other banks.
We have since used him again for refinancing. Additionally he has helped three of our friends get financing or refinancing who were in similar situations. The only negative I can say about him is that he is not licensed in enough states so I am limited (for now) on who I can refer to him haha.
